Our conventional fire alarm systems are perfect for shops and smaller offices. They are zoned systems, which means they can quickly identify an area of a building where a fire signal has been triggered. Easy installation and great value for money make these systems a sound choice.

For a larger office space that requires a more sophisticated system, our analogue addressable systems would suit. These systems use loops onto which the detectors, call points, input/output devices, sounders and other devices are installed. Each loop can then be divided into a number of zones as required by the software, allowing a rapid and targeted response to any potential fire.

Houses in multiple occupation (HMO), and some properties converted into flats, require a mixture of systems. Typically, a conventional system will cover the common areas and extend into each entrance hall and, from there, each flat can be fitted with a lower spec, mains-powered interlinked smoke alarm system to comply with BS5839 Part 6 type LD2 Grade D. All premises should be risk assessed for the correct system.
